Coach Yoshi provides motivational speaking, personal development coaching, leadership training, youth programs, and related non-clinical educational services. These services are intended for personal growth, mindset development, and encouragement.

Coach Yoshi is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional.

• Coaching is not mental health treatment
   
• Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or crisis intervention
   
• No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided
   

If a client requires therapy, mental health services, medical attention, or crisis support, they are encouraged to contact a licensed professional or emergency service immediately.

 Clients agree to: 

• Participate actively and honestly
   
• Understand coaching results vary per individual
   
• Seek appropriate professional support when needed
   
• Not rely entirely on coaching for medical, legal, or mental health decisions
   

Clients must be 18 years or older unless participating in a youth program contracted by a school, parent, or guardian.

All services must be paid according to the pricing listed at the time of booking.

• Speaking engagements require a deposit or signed agreement
   
• Coaching sessions must be paid prior to the appointment
   
• Missed sessions or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may be charged in full
   
• Travel fees may apply for out-of-state bookings
   

No refunds are provided on completed services.

Clients may reschedule coaching sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Organizations booking events must follow the cancellation terms in their event contract or invoice.

Coach Yoshi reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

While coaching, speaking, and training are designed to support growth, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Clients understand that results depend on:

• Their participation and effort
   
• Personal discipline and follow-through
   
• Their own decision-making

All content created by or provided by Coach Yoshi—including workshops, speeches, videos, worksheets, coaching materials, curriculum, and branding—is protected intellectual property.

Clients may not:

• Copy
   
• Record
   
• Distribute
   
• Resell
   
• Teach
   
• Publish
   

any materials without written permission.

To the fullest extent allowed by Connecticut law:

• Coach Yoshi is not liable for decisions or actions the client takes after sessions
   
• The business is not responsible for emotional, financial, or physical outcomes related to coaching or speaking
   
• Liability is limited to the fees paid for services
   

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
Any disputes shall be resolved in CT courts or through mutually agreed-upon mediation.
